Questions people actually ask
What happens if my card fails?
Nothing stops for seven days. Monitoring keeps running, no data is deleted, and we email you. If it is still unpaid after the grace period your account returns to the free plan: your first watch stays active and the rest are paused — never deleted — and reactivate in one click when payment succeeds.
Is a firm one unit or one per attorney?
A firm watch is billed as a single unit today. We are reviewing this for larger firms; if it changes, existing subscribers will be told before it takes effect.
Do I lose my history if I cancel?
No. Change history is public and permanent on every attorney page. Your past digests remain readable in your account.
Do you sell the data?
No. There is no bulk export and no downloadable dataset. Contact details are never published — see our privacy policy.
