Questions people actually ask
What happens on day 31?
If a card is on file, billing starts at $3.00 per watched attorney per month, prorated from that day. If there is no card, your watches are paused — never deleted — and resume the moment you add one.
Is a firm one unit or one per attorney?
One per attorney. Watching a firm of 12 is the same price as watching those 12 attorneys one by one, and the roster is re-counted on every invoice so you are never billed for someone who has left.
What happens if my card fails?
Nothing stops for seven days. Monitoring keeps running, no data is deleted, and we email you. If it is still unpaid after the grace period your watches are paused, never deleted, and reactivate together when payment succeeds.
Do I lose my history if I cancel?
No. Change history is public and permanent on every attorney page. Your past digests remain readable in your account.
Do you sell the data?
No. There is no bulk export and no downloadable dataset. Contact details are never published — see our privacy policy.
