F. Robert Santos earned a J.D. from Florida State University in 1982 with honors and a B.A. from Florida State University in 1979, graduating magna cum laude. He became a Florida Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer in 1991 and a Florida Certified Circuit Civil Mediator in 1998; his practice is devoted to mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
